Property Tax Disclosures

After monthly mortgage payments, property taxes are the next largest financial obligation a homebuyer has. Full disclosure for property taxes is now available. For the builder at DRE application to notifying buyers of supplemental tax bills to come, we have the report for you.

In addition, all FANHD employees have completed courses in business ethics and HUD's Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
