The FANHD Customer Service Desk is always here to help. We're available during business hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. You can reach us by phone, fax or email .

Our service staff can take your order, answer product inquiries, check order status, resolve service issues, and refer technical inquiries to our GIS experts. For on-site support with product presentations, account setups, and DRE-certified real estate training, please call our FANHD Account Executive in your area.

Each staff member is trained in the skills of delighting customers, and will serve you in a courteous and helpful manner. Calls reporting a problem with ordering, delivery, or report quality are assigned a "trouble ticket" and tracked in our system to assure a prompt resolution.

FANHD's standards of staff training and certification provide extra layers of security to safeguard your confidential business and personal information. The company's procedures and operations comply with all State and Federal laws regulating the financial services industry -- including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 (financial services modernization), California Senate Bill 1386 of 2002 (personal information privacy act), and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2003 (public company accounting reform and financial data security).

In addition, all FANHD employees have completed courses in business ethics and HUD's Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
